SUBMIT Ticket in SWA (New Members Activaton)

The Customer Happiness portal is where you can report a matter or concern wherein which you deem that there is a shortcoming on the part of admin or the system that has to be addressed in order to satisfy your expectations and SWA experience.
Some of the matters which you can report are...
  • New account activations that are still pending after 24 hours.
  • Commissions that have not yet been transferred after 5 banking days.
  • A possible error in commission computation or network placement.
  • And many more...
Please note that the Customer Happiness portal is a full-fledged Support Ticket System, and as such you will be asked to create a support account that is different from your SWA main account.
